Step 1: Access the Import Tool #

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Navigate to Tools > Import.

You will see a list of available import options, such as Blogger, RSS, LiveJournal, and WordPress.

Step 2: Install the WordPress Importer #

Find the WordPress importer in the list.

Click Install Now if it is not already installed.

Once installed, click Run Importer.

Step 3: Upload Your Import File #

Click Choose File and select the .xml file that contains your Global Blocks, Templates, or Popups.

Click Upload file and import.

Step 4: Assign Content to a User #

Choose an existing user or create a new user to assign the imported content.

Check the box to Download and import file attachments if applicable.

Click Submit to start the import process.
